Cancellation Policy

I am committed to creating a supportive and respectful experience for each client. The following policy helps ensure clarity and mutual understanding. All prices are quoted in US dollars. All sessions and services must be paid in full at the time of booking to reserve your scheduled appointment. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or services already rendered. If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I will gladly work with you to find another suitable time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed sessions, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. If you arrive late to your session, your session will still end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended or made up. Session packages are designed to support consistency and progress. All sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe. Unused sessions may expire after this period. By booking a session, I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have read and understand the Refund & Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms, including payment, rescheduling, and late arrival guidelines. I understand that all sessions are non-refundable once completed.
